Step 1
Complete the Experience Excellence Index (EEI)
Organisations undertake the relevant EEI maturity assessment in one or more of the following domains:
Customer Experience (CX)
Employee Experience (EX)
Patient Experience (PX)
The EEI assessment evaluates “Pillars of Excellence” through structural maturity across governance, behaviour, operational delivery, digital trust long-term value creation disciplines and much more.
Step 2
Receive Your Maturity Score
Upon completion, organisations receive a 0–100 Experience Excellence Score and a corresponding performance level.
Performance Levels:
- Foundation
- Evolving
- Pioneering
- Outstanding
- Exemplary
The score reflects structured maturity density rather than perception or sentiment alone.
Step 3
Eligibility for Recognition
Organisations achieving defined performance thresholds become eligible for national, sector or global recognition.
Eligibility criteria are based on measured maturity and may vary depending on award category and geographical structure.
Step 4
Validation (Where Applicable)
Upon completion of an EEI Assessment, organisations will undergo structured validation to confirm evidence integrity and ensure consistency between claimed maturity and observable organisational practice, should they decide to enter the Awards.
Step 5
Formal Recognition
Eligible organisations are formally recognised within the annual Global Experience Excellence Awards cycle.
Recognition may include national awards, sector distinctions or global excellence awards, depending on performance band and validation outcome.
