The Experience Excellence Index is a structured organisational maturity benchmark
developed by ICXI. It evaluates Customer Experience (CX), Employee Experience (EX) and Patient Experience (PX) across governance, behavioural, operational and trust-based dimensions.

The score is derived from a structured maturity assessment using defined behavioural
anchors and evidence criteria. Strand-level results are aggregated to produce a transparent 0–100 index.
